SOCIETY

The society of the people  hill country have tow different styles of life “Urbanized” and “Unurbanized” this is a major reason  for not being having enough  infrastrers. They are also differing   according to religion, language region etc......

   RELIGION      

Hinduism  , Christianity ,Islam and Buddhism are the major  religion focused by them ,the life style , food , dressing , habits and  festivals jest differ  each religion.Hindus grandly celebrate the festivals’ as “Thaippongal” “New year” “Deebavali” Etc.., Christians do celebrate the “Christmas” , Buddhism would celebrate “Vesak , boson , new year , Etc.., and Muslim do celebrate hajj and ramalan festivals’.     

although the people from the hill country seen to live with no discrination in the other areas ,they do have such discriminations ammos them in their areas and in their working places. Some are still living an unsecured life especially women and children go for slavery work which is really a sad situation. Some cruel incidents  happen in some parts off the hill country where the people get mysteriously  killed,  the  caves remaking unknown  for a couple of days  weeks or months and thereafter they conduct investigation and gradually they forget the incidents, the value of life has become nothing.                                                                           Et: Talawakele  “Manoj” is lost in a misterious way 

    

The people living in most of the areas in the hill country  are jest bearing only the needs of themselves on their minds they don’t really things of the needs of others ,  though some are rich they still think twice even before giving food to a need.
